In this article by Robert Weisman of The Boston Globe, Harry Glorikian, Scientia Advisors' Managing Partner, comments on the job cuts that Sanofi will likely have to make at Genzyme because of the buyout. "If they're going to pay a premium, they're going to have to rationalize in the human resources department and the accounting department," he said. "But they’ll keep the cutting-edge research and core capabilities they're acquiring."
