The firm is is currently seeking an individual with a healthcare consulting background in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, and medical technology with an emphasis on market access, product pricing, reimbursement, and market access with a desire to progress their career within a highly respected strategic consulting firm. The Engagement Manager of the Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access Practice (P&R) will be required to work with major international clients, assisting with business development activities, nurturing relationships with key clients and managing project proposals. This person will also be responsible for management and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, as well as advising analysts and junior staff in their work. This position reports to the Principal of the Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access Practice.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Developing commercial strategy and new business generation with the Partners and Principal in the fields of market access and pricing with new clients; developing and leading proposals and client engagement
  • Planning, managing and leading teams on the delivery of projects, contributing significantly to deliverables and achieving corporate target objectives
  • Communicating effectively with clients through to successful project completion and managing their expectations and the relationship accordingly
  • Working as a collaborative team member, assisting, training and guiding junior staff as required
  • Providing specialized knowledge, expertise, and know-how in relevant areas and using said experience to broaden the company’s prospective range of client services
  • Enhancing our market profile and image with clients through conference speaking, blogs, peer reviewed papers, trade press, and other content-driven activities.


Desired Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly capable life sciences consultant, with a proven track record in delivering successful consultancy projects over a number of years and experienced with leading numerous project activity. Candidates should have experience of managing multiple projects and have ideally had exposure to working internationally, with fluency in languages other than English a distinct advantage. Excellent communications and analytical skills will be critical, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and influence all relevant stakeholders including clients and team members crucial to the success of any project.
